The sales prices indicated on the website are shown in euros and include the corresponding VAT. jcApotecari reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, we promise to apply the rates in force indicated on the website at the time of making your purchase unless there is a manifest error in the price.

7. Methods of payment

For purchases made through the web, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal cards as means of payment. You can also use any means of payment that is clearly announced on our website.

By entering the payment details, the user confirms that the credit or debit card is his or has been authorized by the cardholder. After making the payment, the card issuer will verify the identity of the user as well as the payment authorization. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to jcApotecari, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

We care about ensuring the security of our website. All credit/debit card transactions are processed using a payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment.

8. Taxes

If you ask us to deliver the products in Spain, the order will be subject to the corresponding rate in accordance with the Value Added Tax Law (VAT).

9. Warranty

As long as you act as a consumer and user, we offer you a 2-year warranty period, during which we will be responsible for any lack of conformity, with the limits established in the applicable regulations.

10. Returns

10.1. Right of withdrawal

a) Recognition and limitations

Current regulations recognize the right to return a product within 14 days without the need for justification.

However, the Law excludes this right when the products purchased fall within one of these categories:

• Personalized products or made to measure or on request.
• Those that, once unsealed, are not suitable for return for reasons of health and hygiene or because they have been inextricably mixed with other products.

Consequently, and given the nature of the products offered by jcApotecari, we ask that if you intend to return a product, do not unseal the purchased goods or, otherwise, we could reject your request.

For those products that do not respond to the previous categories, you can return your products as long as they are in the same conditions in which you received them.

No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond its mere opening, of products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, unsealed, or that have suffered any damage. Likewise, to return the product it is necessary that you do so including all its original packaging, instructions and other documents that accompany it.

b) Term and form

The return period expires 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party on your behalf, and other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the products.

c) Effects

We will refund the value of the returned products (taxes included) within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the products and have verified that they are in their original condition.

jcApotecari does not cover return costs. Therefore, unless you make the return in our physical store in Barcelona, ​​you must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.

To make the refund of the payment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you indicate otherwise.

In the event that you have paid the shipping costs (shipping costs paid by the customer modality), the amount to be returned will be the amount you have paid for the returned products.

In the event that the shipping costs have been paid by jcApotecari (free shipping costs modality), the amount to be returned will be the result of the amount of the returned products minus the corresponding shipping costs (for example, 5.60 Euros in deliveries standard in the Peninsula).

10.2. Return of defective or erroneous products

The articles offered in our store are endorsed by important commercial firms. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers.

You can return the product at the jcApotecari physical store or by delivering it to our transport company, who will pick up the order. To the address that you have indicated.

Once we have received the product to be returned, we will examine it according to your request, and we will notify you if the refund or replacement of the product is appropriate, if any.

We will refund or replace the item as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the nonconforming item is appropriate.

You will receive the amount in the same means of payment that you used to pay for the purchase, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item (unless these had been supported by jcApotecari in application of the free shipping modality) and the costs of the return.

11. Modifications

13. Conflict resolution

All issues that arise between jcApotecari and the user regarding the interpretation, compliance and validity of these General Conditions will be governed by their own clauses and, in what is not provided for in them, in accordance with Spanish legislation, expressly submitting the parties to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of jcApotecari.

The rights recognized by current regulations are protected in the event that the contracting party is a consumer.
