Before lighting your candle: Trim the wick to a height of 0.5 to 1 cm from the surface of the wax. Place the candle on a stable surface, away from heat and drafts, to ensure even melting.

While the candle is burning: Let the candle burn until the surface of the wax has completely melted (approximately 2 hours). This will prevent the wax from sinking around the wick.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep the candle out of reach of children and pets, and away from curtains and other flammable materials.

Do not move the candle while it is lit or while the wax is still liquid.

Avoid placing the lit candle in drafty areas or in direct contact with heat-sensitive surfaces.

Extinguishing and Storing the Candle: You can extinguish the candle by gently blowing on it or by using a candle snuffer.

Do not move the candle until the wax has hardened again.

To prepare the candle for its next use, use tongs to dip the wick into the wax and then straighten it. If necessary, re-center the wick while the wax is still melted.

Store your candle in a cool, dark place. We recommend keeping it in a closet to delicately scent your linens.
