jcApotecari is a pioneering project that embraces beauty in all its dimensions. It was founded in 2007 with the mission of giving meaning to the ritual of beauty and personal care to maximize well-being and connection with oneself. We do this with a curated collection of 1,000+ beauty products from around the world, designed for the everyday life of people seeking real results and an unparalleled experience. jcApotecari currently has a store in the Sarrià neighborhood of Barcelona and an online e-commerce channel.

What you will do on a daily basis in your new role

• Plan, define, and execute the communications strategy for social media and email marketing following the marketing plan.
• Develop and adapt content (images, text, and video) while maintaining the brand's essence (tone of voice and visual brand strategy).
• Working together with our brands to develop exclusive online content featuring new releases and key moments.
• Content creation for jcApotecari Blog and website.
• Analyze social media performance and apply what you've learned to grow. Prepare social media activity reports including followers, engagement, traffic, and conversions, drawing key insights and applying them to subsequent content generation.
• Community Management. Respond to comments within the established timeframe (24 hours).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, trending topics, and examples of how to improve our digital footprint, drawing inspiration from industries outside of beauty. Suggest new content, tools, and platforms, and share it.
• Creating compelling copy for paid ads.

What skills will you need for it?

• 2 years of experience in Social Media, Copyrighter or Content Creator.
• Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication or similar.
• People with a curious, proactive, autonomous attitude, high motivation, and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Excellent at multitasking and always-on mentality. Able to carry out several projects simultaneously, prioritizing the most important ones and always meeting deadlines. Assist other team members when necessary.
• A creative background that demonstrates a sensitivity for the brand's design and aesthetics, with the ability to generate original copy and content.
• Impeccable writing skills in Spanish and English, as well as graphic editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Tools: Instagram, Facebook, Photoshop, and Mailchimp. Experience with paid media is a plus.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in beauty, wellness, and fashion.

Schedule

• Stable and very pleasant work environment.
• Hours Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm).
• It is a position in our Barcelona offices (Not remote).
