For hygiene and safety reasons, once this brush has been purchased, exchanges or returns are not accepted. This measure ensures that all our customers receive new, unused products. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to ensure the brush meets your expectations before making your purchase. If you have any questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dry clean frequently. Remove any hair that remains in the comb by hand and occasionally wash to remove grease and oil as follows:

• Make a lather with warm water and mild soap. Dip the cleaning brush into the water, pointing downward.
• Pass the cleaning brush between the bristles of the Mason Pearson brush vertically (from the base to the head of the brush) and then horizontally (from one side to the other).
• Avoid getting water into the vent hole on the tip. Do not use products containing oils, alcohol, or other chemicals.
• Shake the brush to dry excess water and clean the bristles with circular movements by hand or with a cloth.
• Let it dry and rest the brush with the bristles facing upwards.
