To make the Susanne Kaufmann Spa Wrap at home you will need:
- 1-2 rolls of cling film
- 2 bath towels
- Susanne Kaufmann Body Scrub
- Susanne Kaufmann Anti Aging Body Serum
- Susanne Kaufmann Anti Aging Body Cream
- blanket
- detox tea
Instructions for use
Prepare a cup of detox tea or ginger water and start drinking it before wrapping. You should drink enough to activate your kidneys, as they play an important role in eliminating water and toxins expelled by the body wrap.
Now, start pampering your skin with the Susanne Kaufmann Body Scrub . Start with your feet, then work your way up the legs, up the torso, and toward the heart with gentle circular massages. Continue from the hands to the arms and shoulders. This will cleanse and remove dead skin cells, while also boosting circulation thanks to the exfoliating particles made from apricot kernels and poppy seeds. Rinse off with a warm shower.
Proceed to extend the Susanne Kaufmann Anti-Aging Body Serum on areas that need a little extra attention. Then, apply the Anti-Aging Body Cream. Apply Susanne Kaufmann Anti-Aging Body Cream to all the areas you want to cover. Don't worry if any cream residue remains. Both products promote regeneration and combat the signs of aging.
Now, first wrap your legs in the plastic wrap. Ideally, work with individual sections about a meter long. Don't wrap too tightly to avoid cutting off circulation. As a general rule, the looser the connective tissue, the looser the wrap should be. Try to make it firm and prevent it from slipping. Continue with your waist and arms. If you need help, ask for it.
Once the wrap is done, relax for at least 30 minutes. Cover yourself with the blanket and continue drinking the ginger tea or water. You may sweat; don't worry, it's just the fat cells being expelled.
When you have completed the time, remove the wrapping paper and take a warm shower; massage a reasonable amount of Susanne Kaufmann Firming Oil very gently on the areas you wrapped to firm.
